1 Definitions & General Provisions
Specific terms used in these Terms & Conditions apply with the following meanings:

2 Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years old to participate on dg222. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. The authority may request valid identification for age verification at any time. Providing a false age declaration will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited — even using different names, email addresses, or devices. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any associated winnings will be considered void.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, payment details — must be accurate and complete. dg222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if false or incorrect information is provided.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted on dg222: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). Transactions from third-party accounts will not be accepted — all transactions must be made from the registered user's own account.
3.2 Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Standard withdrawals are processed within: 10 to 45 minutes
3.3 Verification
Identity verification may be required for large withdrawals. The authority may request a photo ID, proof of payment, or other documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
3.4 Prohibited Transactions
Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be permanently terminated.
4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
dg222 reserves the right to close accounts and cancel all bonuses if bonus system abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, unusual betting patterns, or any other manipulation.
4.4 Changes to Offers
dg222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If rules change for an ongoing bonus offer, users will be informed in due course.
5 Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is considered finally accepted only when a confirmation message is sent from the system. If a bet is not processed due to a server error or network issue, it will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
5.2 Erroneous Bets
dg222 reserves the right to cancel bets placed as a result of technical errors or incorrect information being displayed. Winnings from bets placed on the basis of clearly incorrect odds or information may be forfeited.
5.3 Event Cancellation
If a sporting event or game session is cancelled, the stake will generally be refunded. For partially completed events, the rules will be determined based on the circumstances.
5.4 Responsible Gaming

6 Intellectual Property
All content published on the dg222 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and game content — is entirely the property of dg222 or its licensed suppliers. Users may view these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes, but may not copy, distribute, republish, or modify them in any way.
Third-party game software providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and others — retain their own intellectual property rights, and the relevant games are operated under their own licence terms.

10 Account Suspension & Termination
10.1 Closure by User
Any user may request to close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Remaining valid funds may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any active bonus funds will be cancelled.
10.2 Suspension by dg222
dg222 may temporarily suspend an account for investigation in the event of any breach of these terms. If the breach is proven after the investigation is complete, the account will be permanently terminated.

11 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises over a transaction or gaming decision, follow the steps below:
